Louisiana’s first Bicentennial Baby born in Shreveport

Isaiah Harvey will share his birthday with the state of Louisiana.

Isaiah, born at 12:02 a.m. today at LSU Health Shreveport, was Louisiana’s first Bicentennial Baby.

The Louisiana Hospital Association and the Louisiana Bicentennial Commission are recognizing babies born today — the state’s 200th birthday — with a medal and certificate.

Isaiah is the son of Sheneka Taylor and Kiwawskii Harvey of Shreveport. He’s their first child.
