LSU Transition Advisory Team Meeting Available by Live Streaming Video

BATON ROUGE – The Immersion Workshop of the LSU Transition Advisory Team will be available by live streaming video on Thursday beginning at 10 a.m.

The Transition Advisory Team, a 10-member panel tasked with providing information to the LSU Board of Supervisors to facilitate the reshaping of the LSU System, will hold the Immersion Workshop on Thursday at the LSU Energy, Coast and Environment Building.

Live streaming video of the meeting will be available at http://connect.lsu.edu/tat. All users may enter as guests. Users must have the latest version of Adobe Flash player for access. Dr. Stan Ikenberry, the former president of the University of Illinois and of the American Council of Education, will join the meeting by phone to provide insight into other universities and their efforts to prepare for the future.

The team will then discuss the elements of a vision and basic tenets for LSU which will form the foundation of the team’s first report to the Board of Supervisors on March 15.
